The first step toward earning a $2,500 Responsible Sport Community Grant for your youth sports organization or school athletic program from Liberty Mutual is registration. Enter your organization's administrator's information below and we'll send an email on your behalf to encourage registration.  Once your organization is registered, you'll be able to credit your certification to your favorite youth sports organization during open grant periods.

Please note: This is a one-time email. Recipient data is not collected, and no future emails will be sent unless the address is entered by you or another user into the form above. If the recipient has previously opted out of all Responsible Sports communication, they will not receive your email. Recipients will not be added to any Responsible Sports or Liberty Mutual mailing lists. They will have the opportunity to join the Responsible Sports community once they visit ResponsibleSports.com.
