How do I find out how many certifications my organization has received?
An organization administrator must login to view the number of certifications achieved by an organization. If you do not see any certifications (points) and you know that at least one parent or coach has received their certification, please allow two business days for your certifications to show. If, after that time period, you still do not see your certifications, please contact the Responsible Sports Team. Parents and coaches can also view their organization's number of certifications on your Fan page after logging in. Note: Certification totals only appear during open Community Grant periods.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you've forgotten your password, simply go to Fan login page. Click the "Password Reset" to have a new password emailed to you.
I can't find my youth sports organization, what should I do?
If, as an administrator, you cannot find your organization in the database, you can register your organization. Organization registrations are subject to verification so please allow at least two business days for your organization to be approved and show up in an organization search. You will receive an email notification alerting you to the status of your organization when a decision is made.
Where can we find some materials to help promote the Community Grant to our organization?
There is a Community Grant Toolkit that contains web banners, press releases, and newsletters to help promote the program in your community.
- Youth Sports Organization $2,500 Community Grant Toolkit
- School/Education $5,000 Community Grant Toolkit
How do I make sure that my club receives credit for parents and coaches completing and passing the quiz?
Once a parent or coach successfully completes the 10-question quiz, they will have the opportunity to credit their certification to an organization. There is a search function that works either by organization name or by city and state. They then find the desired organization, credit their certification and your organization receives the point. If the organization cannot be located, a user can either alert the administrator to register the organization or, if the user is already an administrator, they can register their organization.
* It is highly recommended that the administrator communicate the REGISTERED name of the youth sports organization to parents and coaches.
As an administrator, which quiz do I take?
Administrators are encouraged to take both quizzes if they wish, otherwise they can choose one or the other depending on which they feel is most applicable.
My youth sports organization is listed twice, what should I do?
If your youth sports organization is listed twice, please notify the Responsible Sports Team and we will do our best to correct the problem within two business days. Until the problem is corrected, please advise parents and coaches to credit one specific organization listing. Upon notification, we will combine all credits received so that your organization doesn't lose any points toward the grant.
(This section applies to youth sport parents, coaches, and community supporters.)
I want to credit my certification but I can't find my youth sports organization, what should I do?
If you cannot locate your youth sports organization, please email your organization administrator and have them register your organization. Also, the review and verification process for accepting youth sports organizations can take approximately two business days, so please be patient.
How many times can I take a quiz?

Certifications are valid for two Grant periods.
