Responsible Sports™ Community Grants
The Liberty Mutual Responsible Sports Community Grants are currently closed.
From equipment upgrades and facility repairs to scholarship programs for families in need of assistance, the $150,000 Liberty Mutual has awarded to date has improved the lives of many youth athletes and families. And you can join the excitement, while learning how to teach valuable lessons and enrich the lives of players through positive role modeling.
Check back soon to see the 20 winners of the Fall 2008 $2,500 Community Grants. The seven large and seven small youth sports organizations and the six school athletic program winners will be announced in December.
THE NEXT GRANT PERIOD OPENS IN MARCH 2009.
Want to join the race for the twenty $2,500 community grant in the spring? Administrators and athletic directors:Organization registration will reopen in February. Come back then to register your league, club, or school, and download tools to promote the program once the grant period reopens in March.
Did you know? If you completed your certification in the Fall 2008 Community Grant period, your certification will be valid in the spring 2009 race for the $2,500 Responsible Sports Community Grants. If you complete the coursework and pass the quiz now, you'll be
reminded when the next grant period is open to credit your
certification to your favorite youth sports organization.
