Responsible Sports Sweepstakes Official Rules

LIBERTY MUTUAL RESPONSIBLE SPORTS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS 07/08/09 AND ENDS 09/08/09, ("THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD").

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize of a 4-day/3-night trip for four people to the Walt Disney World® Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL. Trip includes round trip air travel to Orlando from major airport closest to winner's home, three nights hotel accommodations for four people in one room at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel, transfers between Orlando airport and Walt Disney World® Resort, four (4) one-day, one-park Magic Your Way tickets per day for each of four (4) days, 250 Disney Dollars and $1,000 cash to assist in paying income taxes. Approximate total retail value of the trip, including cash payment, is $4,800. All four people must travel on the same itinerary. Certain date and other restrictions will apply. Ten (10) First Prizes of a $100 adidas Gift Card. Gift Cards can be used online at shopadidas.com or at an Adidas store. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred except at sole discretion of the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company ("Sponsor"). Odds of winning depend on number of entries. Prizes will be awarded. Taxes on prizes and any expenses not stated relating to acceptance and use of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Should prize be unavailable for any reason Sponsor will award an alternate prize of equal or greater value.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted. Employees of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. and Promotion Management Corporation, ("PMC"), their parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising and promotional agencies and entities involved in the implementation and production of the sweepstakes and their immediate families "(spouses and parents, siblings, children and spouses)" and persons who reside in the same household are not eligible.

ENTRY: To enter, go to www.responsiblesports.com and follow directions for entry. Deadline for receipt of entries is 11:59pm E.S.T. on 09/08/09. All entries become property of Sponsor. Limit one entry per household. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted by PMC, an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on/or about 9/21/09. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail. Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete/sign/return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited a Publicity Release within 14 days. Travel companions of the Grand Prize Winner must also sign and return a Liability Release. Failure to return documents within 14 days or return of prize notification as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to a randomly selected alternate winner. A pre-paid overnight return envelope will be provided.

GENERAL: All federal, state and local laws apply. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor and PMC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, (b) to release Sponsor, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others entities associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability from injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes and /or from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize and (c) that Sponsor and its designees may use their names, voices and/or likeness and images for advertising, publicity and other purposes worldwide, without permission or additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and the Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission at any website related to the Sweepstakes, or for communications line failure, or for theft or destruction, tampering, or unauthorized access to entries and/or entry information; or for printing, human, typographical or other errors in any Sweepstakes material or the administration of this Sweepstakes; or for any computer, software, or electronic defect, error or failure regardless of reason. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potential winning entry.  If, for any reason, the sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned by infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other failures that in Sponsor's sole opinion corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this sweepstakes by posting a notice at www.responsiblesports.com and award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action.  No correspondence/phone calls/other inquiries will be entered into, nor will be acknowledged/returned.

WINNER'S LIST: For names of winners send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Liberty Mutual Responsible Sports Sweepstakes Winners P.O. Box 8500 Westport, CT 06888 for receipt by 9/21/09. VT residents may omit return postage.
